Have ordered several items and have not been disappointed in any of their products. Prompt service and delivery. Only issue for me has been a couple of items which arrived earlier than expected and their was no one home so these very heavy pieces were simply left on the porch for me to get in.

As a new customer I am very pleased with you efficient and courteous customer service. Love your area rugs!!!

Ive shopped wayfair in the US, so glad they are finally landed! Love their selection and prices. Next best place to shop if Homesense doesnt have what youre looking for. They couldnt have arrived at a better time. Lux look at a fraction of the price! Awesome. The app is great and has zero issues.

Always got the product when it was supposed to be coming. If there was a problem there was no issue about having it replaced or returned.

So simple to use - I love that Wayfair has a Canadian version now with free shipping!!!

Some bad moments

Love the product and the website but sadly its way overpriced....you can find most of it at Homesense for far cheaper.

Every time I open this app & try to browse, it works for about 30 seconds, and then crashes. Needs fixing.

I love Wayfair and the app is perfect yet unstable. It has many useful "refine" features. I use it weekly at least. Like others I notice it crashes often. Even a phone reboot wont help make it stay open. I hope they fix it because I would like to shop more from my phone. For now I will use my desktop to shop.

Only ordered two small light weight items and shipping was 50% of the costs. Makes the sales not worth while. Disappointed! Not sure I will order through this app again.

I love the variety, hate that the same item can be seen several times with different prices on the same day. But my biggest complaint is the total lack of dimensions given under the "dimensions" heading for all the products. That is why I dont buy them. If I dont know the size how can I possibly know if the scale is right for me. Im a stager and I NEED to know!!!!! I keep looking because of all the variety on the site. I made my first purchase today as a test run. Lets see how it goes!.... To be continued..........
