Die Auswahl an Möbeln etc. ist echt gut, bei der Lieferung hapert es. Da die Lager in GB sind dauert es sowieso etwas länger, allerdings werden angegebene Termine nicht gehalten! Z.B. Sollte ein Tisch bereits vor zwei Tagen verschickt werden, steht bis heute noch bei denen im Lager. Dafür ein guter (deutscher) Kundenservice, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist bei Anbietern aus dem Ausland. Artikelbeschreibung ist exakt und richtig, verpackt wird sorgfältig

I love the site but every single time I am on the app for more than 10 minutes it freezes, glitches and boots me off multiple times. It is so annoying! This has been going on for over a year now, hopefully they can fix the bug issues soon!

I had downloaded this app about 5 hours ago and it still has not allows me to access the app, I have tried everything from using my WiFi, to using my mobile data, to turning off my phone off and turning it back on, to exiting the app and going back in, to finally undownloading the app and redownloading it. Not sure if it’s happening to others but I just want to look at stuff on there and it’s irritating !

Wayfair and all products are unbelievably outstanding, I’ve been sharing my experience and I’m Thankful and grateful for this store and customers service companies they work with and products. It’s a one store shops for everything. Thank you

Darn app keeps freezing on page. Even after downloading fresh version! Yikes what a battle

Sometimes when I choose a product, I see alternative colors in the reviews of the product, but I don’t see an option to select that color only different sizes.

I have purchased many items from Wayfair over the years, (lighting, furniture, bedding, drapes, etc.) Their products are great buys, delivery has always been on time and if I have had any issues, their customer service has always gone above and beyond in making it right!

Exceptional customer service! Christine (manager) went above and beyond to help me with a return and reorder.

I get a lot of sale notices and what I am shopping for never is on sale! It’s a Big Sale for a small amount of items! That is disappointing. Also, I struggled to find your return polices. Paying for returns is typically why I don’t like to shop WayFair. Many home items don’t always work in a home once it’s received.

I absolutely love shopping on this site. Beautiful and quality products.

You send broken products, you don't want us to return them, saying that you are going to replace the parts, you just have us waiting, and over time you come out saying that you can't do anything anymore, that we no longer qualify for those parts, you steal shamelessly.

I really appreciate how personable the people on the phone are.

The wide selection of items is great. The site is easy to use and I can usually get free delivery in a couple of days. Best of all, I have not been disappointed in the quality of my purchases. Wayfair is always my first “Go-To” stop.

Always crashes- have to restart your search.

It allows me to look at one item then freezes with the purple Wayfair icon/logo stuck in in the middle of the screen.

Only 1 real complaint. When you purchase from Wayfair, they put you on a list to get constant ads and texts. Every day ! I tried to opt out on their website, but no luck. The ads just keep coming..

Why even have so many filters if they don’t work? Trying to buy a rug and I select to filter out anything that isn’t the size and price I want and it consistently shows me stuff that doesn’t match the filters. Stupid

Love the Wayfair app as it is so easy to use. Love the quality of the purchases we have made, but the best part of Wayfair is their customer service! So helpful and readily fixes any issues if there is one.

I’ll tell you don’t use this app it will take you forever to take your item or stuff!

I can’t shop because the app inexplicably freezes! This has been happening for weeks now! I’ve mostly gave up looking for items I want, had to go Amazon.

The Wayfair app for my iPad has been having an issue for months where when I open most products in the app, I can’t scroll through the product pictures. If I swipe gently to the next image it suddenly scrolls through all of the images at once. It is impossible to see all of the images unless I open them individually. It is very frustrating and I hoped it would have been fixed by now. I tried clicking on the app support button here in the App Store but that just takes me to the general help page at Wayfair.com. I typed in my issue and chat bot had no idea how to address the issue even when I asked it to send my message to the app dev team. So leaving a review here seems like my only option. Normally, I enjoy the Wayfair app, so I’m looking forward to this issue getting fixed soon.
