Great customer service

So far I have really enjoyed my experience with Wayfair. I did have a trying issue with one of the products I from one of their venders. After not being able to resolve it with Convenience Concepts, I reached out to Wayfair for assistance and Wayfair stepped up and sent a replacement. I really appreciated how quickly they responded. Thank you for valuing your customers and being a trustworthy company.
