Wonderful Wayfair.

My sister introduced me to Wayfair a few months ago. She ordered a piece of furniture for her bedroom. She was so pleased with the delivery, the set up of the loveseat and the fact that it was exactly as described. A week or so later, she noticed that the fabric had a snag and a thread coming out of it on the seat cover. So, she contacted Wayfair Customer Service and explainedto the minor flaw. Wayfair REPLACED the loveseat!! Picked up the old and delivered and set up the new. No hassle. Thats all I I needed to know. From then on I knew I would be making purchases from Wayfair. As such, I have already ordered three pieces of merchandise from Wayfair and will continue to in the future. Wayfair is Wonderful! Customer service exceeded my expectations. They are my "go to" for my homes furniture, decor. Thank you Wayfair. Dont change a thing!!
