Easy to use and lots of merchandise from which to choose.

Selection, price and convenience. I used to like ikea but they dont have anything to offer besides diy and simple cookie cutter furniture. With Wayfair, i literally have too much to choose from! Delivery is fast and easy and everything Ive ordered has always arrived as expected, so kudos to whoever runs logistics there!

Love wayfair and the app is so easy to maneuver around. My favorite part about the app and site is you can save them onto a board and return back to it when your ready to purchase!!

Wayfair is such a great website to get high quality decor and furniture in such a low price. I really love it and I always order from them. The best part is that they allow people who bought stuff to put a real picture of an item they bought! Thats how confident they are! Great customer service as well. They pick up the phone right away and everyone Ive talked to are super nice and very knowledgeable with the company! I really recommend it! Love it! Love it! Love it!

Very easy to use ordered my bed and mattress from them. Price was excellent. Delivery was on time exactly as I was told. Product quality was very good. I will be using this app often and recommending it to everyone I know!

Great store and customer service

Very easy to use even if you dont have the strongest computer skills. The app is organized so the surfing is easy and you can quickly find the items you are looking for when shopping. Wayfair is one of the first online shopping sites I utilized. It created a simple ease of use that I remain today primarily a online shopper.

My sister introduced me to Wayfair a few months ago. She ordered a piece of furniture for her bedroom. She was so pleased with the delivery, the set up of the loveseat and the fact that it was exactly as described. A week or so later, she noticed that the fabric had a snag and a thread coming out of it on the seat cover. So, she contacted Wayfair Customer Service and explainedto the minor flaw. Wayfair REPLACED the loveseat!! Picked up the old and delivered and set up the new. No hassle. Thats all I I needed to know. From then on I knew I would be making purchases from Wayfair. As such, I have already ordered three pieces of merchandise from Wayfair and will continue to in the future. Wayfair is Wonderful! Customer service exceeded my expectations. They are my "go to" for my homes furniture, decor. Thank you Wayfair. Dont change a thing!!
