I have found myself spending so much time on this app, they have everything! Super easy to navigate and order from. I am so impressed with prices and the amount of options. I just ordered my first item, a bed frame, and I am so excited! Again, awesome app/website!

While I am a big fan of supporting local when the comparison based on apples to apples, this app delivers superior selection with cost savings as well. Local stores really need to step up their game and get used to the idea that the retail environment has changed significantly. Especially having to bring two kids out shopping, this appmakes it a no-brainer.

I had heard about Wayfair from my friends and relatives BUT...it sounded to good to be true...BUT...it wasnt! I placed my first order on a Tuesday evening and received my order on Thursday!! Hard to believe, but thats the truth. I was more than satisfied when I opened up my boxes!! Every item was true to specifications and very easy to assemble!! I still cant figure how they can have such low prices and free shipping too! I am now working on my second order and have no doubts that I will be satisfied on this order too!! Thanks Wayfair...youve hooked me on your company!!

I am updating a previous review to reflect a horrid experience with a Supervisor named Justin whom I had a very negative experience with this evening. As I perused the clearance section I noticed that the price listed on the full page of products was different than when I selected the actual product itself. I called Wayfair and explained this to the CSR. The CSR said "ok" but my Supervisor said we cant sell it to you at the price listed on the first page. After her explanation I asked to speak to her Supervisor, Justin. It was downhill from there. Justin told me he can whatever he wants and regardless of what the price listed is and cant sell a product that was listed on page one as $18 and page two as $35 for $18 even though the page reflects that price. They have to make money at Wayfair too and it is not just about the customer..... Oh REALLY!! Then why why did I just buy a ceiling fan for $33 and it was $255. Explain that please Justin? Justin said that they are not staffed to handle these types of issues on the weekend. Oh REALLY..... Justin said there are no other supervisors available on the weekends. Oh REALLY.... Might be time for customer service training for Justin. Time for a full IT staff for unscheduled web issues and time for second and third level mangers to help resolve customer issues instead of creating and elevating them from the first level supervisors. Then perhaps this review would have never been written. I come from the school of shopping where you pay the listed price on the page...perhaps it is not just your website that needs fixed. One REALY upset (previous) customer!

Wow. For once I didnt have to move from my cell phone to the main computer to place an order!

So far only rug purchase,next will be into furniture will hold reservation on that purchase.

Im re-doing a historic home and have spent thousands at Wayfair. App is great but have to say Ive had to return quite a few things due to actual colors being off from pictures or quality vs. cost on some things.

First time on the site. So fun and easy to use. I am hooked.
